One of Europe’s Biggest TV Poker Tournaments on the Way
8 celebrities including Shane Warne and Ronnie O’Sullivan, 65 poker pros and 35 poker online qualifiers will battle it out for a slice of a $648,000 jackpot in the 888.com Poker Open V.
The tournament will be filmed for Sky TV at the Maidstone TV studios between October 27th and November 7th. Online poker fans will be able to watch it between January and June 2009, every Tuesday night at 22:00 on Sky Sports.
It is already tournament’s fifth year. It has become one of Europe’s biggest televised poker events attracting some of the best players in the world.
